Founded in 2025 by Domenico Dicosimo, Sgt. Scooper started with a simple mission: help busy pet owners maintain clean, healthy outdoor spaces without the hassle. Dom saw a need in his community and a chance to do it right.
Today, he and his wife Pamela run every patrol with the same standard they'd hold their own yard to.
